How does the custom order process work?

Can I see a preview before you make my hats?
Yes, you’ll receive a digital proof for approval before production starts. We offer unlimited revisions until you’re happy.
Can you help me create or fix my logo?
Absolutely. Our design team specializes in trucker and fleet logos. We can clean up your artwork or help design one from scratch.
Ordering & Payment
What is the minimum order quantity?
We accept small orders (as low as 1 hat) and bulk orders for fleets or teams. Discounts start on larger quantities.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and ShopPay. Business accounts can also request invoices for bulk or repeat orders.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes — once we make your cap, your design is saved in our system for easy reorders anytime.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does production take?
Most custom orders ship within 5–7 business days after design approval. Large or embroidered orders may take a little longer.

Do you offer rush orders?

Returns & Quality
What if I’m not satisfied with my caps?

Can I return or exchange a custom hat?
Custom orders can’t be returned unless there’s a manufacturing defect. For non-custom hats, we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
